Job offer:

We are offering a mid-term internship opportunity for a legal student. Fully remote internship is possible.

You:

Are you a university law student?
OR
Have you started to look for practical experiences in corporate law before confirming your future career choices?
Do you consider yourself a well organized person with systematic thinking?
Are you familiar with US federal and state legal systems?
Do you have at least some notion of intellectual and/or industrial property?
Are you a native English speaker or fully fluent in speaking and writing?
Do you have great writing skills in English?
Can you commit up to 10 hours a week for 2 to 3 months, to take part in a concrete project?

Opportunity for you to:

Work closely with Manifesto Market's Communications Director, CEO and expansion team.
Be involved in a project from the beginning through important milestones.
Lead a research, learn about concrete legal processes.
Prepare documentation and presentations.
Plan your working hours flexibly based on your schedule, and work remotely if you prefer.
Or work in a cool, multilingual office atop of the “DRN” building with beautiful views of Prague.
Have a unique opportunity to participate in "invite-only" events at Manifesto.

We'll work on:

Licence agreements, trademarks
Formulating and filing applications
Prepare for an international expansion and / or new product launches
